Rare coin in Ohio auction is worth for $2M

This 1804-dated Adams-Carter silver dollar coin is now in auction in Cincinnati. It fetched more than $2 million in a private sale a couple of years back. Since it's one of the most valuable coin in the world today, the coin world is expecting it to top the previous amount it garnered. This coin has been owned by a Boston banker, Texas publishing mogul and by a cllector who sold everything he have to help build a church school in the state of Ohio.

This 1804 Adams-Carter silver coin rank number 7 in the most valuable coins in the world by Coin Values Magazine. The top 1 most valuable is a 1933 double eagle that is worth $7.6 million in 2002 auction.
